Valenti Martin Media uses the power of online communication to amplify big ideas, undiscovered stories, and cutting edge social change work. Drawing on over a decade each of experience writing, plotting, and celebrating with social justice entities through out the nation, we cut through the clamor of the Internet with clear messaging, effective methods, and meaningful outreach. In short, we believe that the long arc of justice is just a little bit shorter with a really savvy communications strategy.

We cut our teeth as co-editors of the most widely read feminist publication online, Feministing.com, and as such, have served as both key figures in feminist movement building work, but also as translators in social change sectors that are looking to understand and/or incorporate a feminist perspective. Our favorite work bridges online and offline worlds, getting Tweeps a Tweetin’, but also boots on the ground, and resources directed where they’re needed most.

Valenti specializes in social media and blog engagement strategies, helping folks transcribe their message to the online sphere in a resonant way and build meaningful relationships with key online influencers. Valenti’s passion is to share her experience in online movement-building with those who (often so desperately) need it.

Martin, the author of five books, is known for her fast and colorful prose, fresh and fun projects, and compassionate coaching. She’s especially passionate about microphilanthropy, civic engagement, ethical innovation, cultural entrepreneurship, and the new frontiers of the feminist movement.
